• There is 10 % luxury tax on the room tariff

• Children of six and above six are chargeable.

• Checkin / Checkout time on holidays & weekends is 12 noon

• The rates are as per E. P. plan.

• Once Confirmed booking is done then there is no refund. Postponement is possible within one month if informed well in advance.

• One night's room rent will be charged as RETENTION FEE for no-shows & for all cancellations received 24hrs prior to arrival.

• We also have online reservation whereby confirmed booking is possible by booking the room with your Debit or Credit Card.

• Payment for rooms has to be made atleast a fortnight in advance for us to confirm the rooms.

• The rates quoted are applicable to the category of room described.

• The status given for any booking cannot be substituted or transferred to any other reservation for any purpose.

• We do not levy Service Charges on the Room Rate. Any new Govt. Taxes introduced later will be borne by customer.

• The tax structure specified is the prevailing taxes levied by the Government.

• Any additional taxes/ levies/ surcharge/ imposed in future shall be charged extra, as applicable.
